Once you or your organization has sent in your payment, you are welcome to browse our trainings and register yourself for the first training. Welcome! (Trainings are listed as "free"--that is after paid annual membership fees; no further fees required. Membership year is a school year.)

NEW: CEU format this school year. NOTE: some trainings will comprise five (5) hours, for a .50 CEU. Participants MUST attend BOTH two-hour sessions of the workshop, as well as complete the one-hour practicum assigned during session one, at their program, prior to session two. Awarding of the .50 CEU will be up to the discretion of the workshop trainer based on:
- Attendance
- Participation
- Completion of practicum assignment
At the end of session two of each workshop, you will be asked to complete a survey. On your way out, hand in your completed survey and then take only your own certificate of completion. NO certificates will be reissued.
Other workshops will run on the "old" MASAP model, at just two hours of training time. These will also incorporate a pre and post survey. Training certificates will be distributed at the end of the class (by 12noon.) Take only your own certificate. NO certificates will be reissued.
If registered and you cannot attend you MUST:
- Cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to the workshop, by emailing: kvinson@postcarolinas.org
- You CANNOT send someone in your place--those on the wait list will be called in the order they signed up.
Registrants are limited to TWO CEU-issued workshops per the MASAP 2011-2012 calendar year. (Each two-part workshop & practicum counts as one complete training.) Small programs will be exempt from this restriction. No limit on two-hour only trainings--although those who have NOT been able to register for other trainings WILL take precedence. If you work for an ASEP program, please note the SCHOOL name when you register.
Registrants who receive registration confirmation and who do NOT show may not be allowed to register for future workshops. Those who miss TWO workshops WILL NOT be allowed into future trainings.
In the case of severe weather, if Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools are closed, the MASAP workshop will be CANCELED. You will be notified by email if/when the class will be rescheduled. (Therefore, make certain you type your e-mail address correctly and that your mailbox has room.)
Although rare, a change of VENUE may occur. Please watch your email the couple days prior to a training.
